Brand Strategy Lab

The success to brand management can only be achieved through understanding the changing world and internalizing the basic principles of branding.

This modular training program is designed to give participants an orientation about the changing world that surrounds the marketers and provide them with tools to cope with complex branding environment. The program combines the unchanging principles of branding and the new tools to create a successful brand.

MODULE 1: ESSENTIALS OF BRANDING | 21.04.2016

This module will cover the basic principles, theories and applications of branding:

  • Keller Pyramid
  • Aaker Brand Personality
  • Brand Value Model
  • Jung’s archetypes
MODULE 2: BRAND STRATEGY AND PLANNING | 28.04.2016
TRAINER: HALUK SİCİMOĞLU

In this module, we will talk about how the human brain works and how people process communication. The module will start by covering the unchanging aspects of human behavior and perception:

  • 7 Deep Metaphors (Dr. Zaltman)
  • 7 Basic Human Drives (Desmond Morris)
  • 7 Primary Emotions (W. Parrot)

This information will then be used to learn and apply 3V method of planning

MODULE 3: NEW APROACHES TO BRAND CONCEPT | 05.05.2016
TRAINER: CEREN SAĞLAM

This module will cover the changing consumer environment and trends in consumer behavior. We will discuss the opportunities and risks related new communication technologies. Global and local examples of success and failure will be shared.

MODULE 4: BRAND STRATEGY WORKSHOP | 10.05.2016
TRAINER: TARIK BAYAR – HALUK SİCİMOĞLU

In this final module, the participants will be able to apply their knowledge from the previous modules with a case study.

AT THE END OF THE PROGRAM, PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A THAAT’S THE ACADEMY CERTIFICATE.

TO RECEIVE THE CERTIFICATE, PARTICIPANTS SHOULD ATTEND ALL OF THE MODULES.

TRAINING PROGRAM IS LIMITED TO 25 PEOPLE.
